Fantasy GP Update: Henri Lloyd Teams Up With F1 Badger

...a sneak preview of the signed print

Here at the Sett, we're very proud to announce that Henri Lloyd have joined us for the Fantasy Grand Prix game and are sponsoring the opening round of the competition.

This is very exciting news because now, as well as the much coveted F1 Badger trophy mug, the race winner will also receive a prize courtesy of Henri Lloyd - a beautiful print of the BrawnGP car from last season, signed by the genius that is Ross Brawn - yep that's right ladies and gentemen - a print signed by Ross Brawn.

What's more, the lovely folk at Henri Lloyd are also providing 50 BrawnGP caps, which will be given to each of the top 50 players after the Bahrain Grand Prix.  Not bad at all eh - especially when the game is free to sign up and play!

In case you didn't realise already, Henri Lloyd were a proud sponsor of BrawnGP and are now a proud sponsor of Mercedes GP, so it's exciting to have them supporting F1 Badger too.  You can follow Henri Lloyd on Twitter and also you can become a fan on Facebook - one of their fans will receive a prize once they reach the magic 2000 fans mark on their Facebook page.  As well as offering merchandise for BrawnGP and MercedesGP, Henri Lloyd also produce some pretty damn brilliant clothing - see their website for more on their lastest ranges.

If you're new to this concept of "Fantasy Grand Prix" - it's all very simple: you go here and click "Register Now" enter your details to create an account and then go on to create your 'dream team' which consists of three cars and three drivers from the 2010 season.  You can also make your prediction for who will be on pole position and the podium come Sunday afternoon.  You score points depending on how your cars and drivers finish and according to how accurate your predictions are.  If you score more points that any other player, you win the grand prix and scoop a prize.  It couldn't be simpler - read the full rules and guides here - one point to note is that the first races are practice rounds, to give you a chance to get used to the game and try different tactics.  After Australia all points totals will be reset to zero and everyone will be granted five changes back for the rest of the season.

All future rounds of the Fantasy Grand Prix championship will be sponsored by other companies, but more on those later - all we can say for now is that there is no such thing as a rubbish prize with Badger's Fantasy Grand Prix.
