European Grand Prix: Valencia Street Circuit Guide

- Published on Jun 23rd, 2010 by Adam Milleneuve

Most fans aren't looking forward to this weekend's grand prix, it doesn't generate much excitement or anticipation whatsoever. In short, it's 57 laps of Formula One's most boring race circuit. But hey, cheer up, at least it's a grand prix and as you'll have come to expect, Badger's here with our latest track guide so you can learn the track for Sunday.

This time around we had words with a particularly successful French driver, often referred to as the professor (no not Romain Grosjean) who happily came out of retirement to do the voiceover, enjoy:

There isn't much else to be said about Valencia, all the corners look the same with concrete walls lining each and every one of them and well all we can do is hope that F1 maintains the current trend for action packed close racing...

What do you think of Badger's track gudies - do you like them? Leave us some feedback in the comments below...

I wish you'd said 'docklands' more. Wonderfully pronounced!

I'm a little more skeptical this week. I don't think it will be as dull in Valencia as it has been for the past 3 years.
Wishful think maybe, but going by the quality of all the races this year other than Bahrain, it would be strange to have another procession, there are too many variables in 2010, too many cases of developments bringing large gains.
If Mercedes can find another 0.6 per lap then they'll right in there too, though i expect Ferrari to be strongest here.

Let's just hope the tyres start falling apart after 10 laps again, that would contribute greatly to the quality of the weekend.

2 years! I got confused because of Abu Dhabi adding a third really dull race in the past.

I didn't find the Abu Dhabi grand prix to be a boring one at all..

I remember some fine manouvres bij Kobayashi, and an epic battle in the last laps between Button and Webber...

True, last year was pretty good especially the battle between Webber and Button in the closing laps.
