see now @ joe saward's post the stewards have access to all the footage they want and hamilton told them exactly what happened. He was right the stewards were wrong and these comparisons completely vindicate his words. The only difference is that michael was willing to do the smart thing and get out of it maldonado tryed to block and got hamilton a penalty If anything he was even closer to maldonado than he was to schumacher. The same can be said for the attempted overtakes at loews.

There were 3? during the race 2 of them involving contact and drivers turning in earlyer getting the overtaker a penalty. One where the overtaken driver was smart enough to get out of it did not (which i think was actually lewis). Anthony davidson even called it during the monaco 5live review he said something to the effect of "i have overtaken at loews before it's possible you just need a willing partner" hamilton was that partner when being attacked and found no willing partners when he attacked it clearly was unfair. Martin brundle also called it on the f1 forum he said "maybe thats what hamilton ment" in response to "these drivers are frickin ridiculose" statement. He gave everyone room and everyone showed him sidepods in return but he walked away with the penaltys.

Draw a line in the sand perhaps Joe (instead of on footage shots), as Hamilton has done; and let's look forward to some racing in Canada.
