Webber to restart race in RB7 canoe
by Jack Lamure on Jun 12th, 2011Badger can reveal that Mark Webber will restart today's rain-affected Canadian Grand Prix aboard a vehicle far more suited to the current conditions at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve - a canoe. The shot below shows Webber testing the RB7 canoe last week, the team having been well aware that the weather would prove so treacherous in Canada. The team expects the canoe to enjoy less straight line speed than its regular racer but believe it will possess far greater traction. Stay tuned for the restart, folks!

*cough* that's a kayak *cough*
If Adrian Newey says it's a canoe I'm inclined to believe it's a canoe.
No its a canoe, kayaks are longer and you don't kneel in them!
that is a kayak
Looks as if he's sitting not kneeling. So kayak
This is a kayak...end of. It has a closed cockpit with a spraydeck.
You kneel down in a canoe with an open deck, and have a single bladed paddle!
You've got it the wrong way round, that's a kayak
i would say its a kayak http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kayak although wikipedia says that in some countries such as UK kayaks are regarded as a sub section of canoes so you could probably say it was both.
I get all my info from Wikipedia, so that'd explain it. Also, I know nothing about canoes/kayaks.
