Podium or Pits? It’s Grand Prix POP!

Podium or Pits is Badger’s weekly guide to what’s hot and what’s not in Formula One. Stay tuned for all matters F1, including Nico Rosberg explaining how driving an F1 car isn’t like sleeping, Tamara’s calendar, a video on car design, the Canadian Grand Prix’s chances and the Scottish mafia…

It’s not like you’re sleeping – So says Nico Rosberg as he guides us through his in-car seating position and what it means for him. Often these team produced videos are really naff, but this is actually a really good one - make sure you have a look below.

A calendar? Seriously? A CALENDAR? – It’s Tamara Ecclestone at a photo shoot for a calendar. About her. For Great Ormond Street Hospital.

How much money do we think this will make?!

Another cracking video! – We’re really spoiling you today, this time with Tim Attenburrow’s graduate major project from Bournemouth University.

It looks at the evolution of car design, including contributions from the Lotus F1 team.

It’s like those “sexy food” M&S ads, but with cars. Check it out.

Don’t you dare Bernie – The Canadian Grand Prix – scene of some of F1′s (and the BadgerBash’s) finest moments - and, if reports are to be believed, the next target on Bernie Ecclestone’s mission to gut F1 of its interesting and historic circuits.

Apparently he wants improvement works, as ever. The Canadian GP chap interviewed doesn’t seem too bothered though, so let’s just hope everything works out.

Former Scottish driver promotes current Scottish driver in massive F1 shock – Sir Jackie Stewart likes Paul di Resta. A lot.

So much, in fact, that he think Ferrari should hire Paul di Resta to partner Fernando Alonso.

Somehow we can’t see this one working out.
