After the rather impressive launch affair with great video content and the arrival of some of the most iconic F1 cars in history, being driven into MTC, the new McLaren F1 car for 2013 was unveiled. Named the MP4-28, it may not look much different to the car from last year, but it’s plenty different under the shiny bodywork, according to Jenson at least.

Technical folk have noted that that it’s got pull-rod suspension – a la Ferrari and those less technical will note that again, McLaren have avoided going down the ‘stepped nose’ route with a smooth, flowing design, unlike the Lotus, which unveiled it’s awkward nose on Monday.
