Here it is folks, with the winter tests out of the way, the 2011 grand prix season is very nearly upon us and here, in one place are the cars we’ll be enjoying watch race around the circuits of the world, battling for the World Championship… and of course Hispania (sorry).
The launches didn’t produce many surprises, the Red Bull looks beautiful, just like last year, the Ferrari might as well be last years car, but with a patriotic rear wing, the McLaren still looks fab, Mercedes improved their previously dodgy livery, Renault have gone with another retro effort, JPS inspired, Force India have reworked and improved their patriotic livery, Williams have done a retro-effort too (and it works well!), Toro Rosso is just a newer, fresher take on 2010’s livery and the same can be said for Team Lotus whereas Virgin have added some white and made their gorgeous 2010 livery, even more so and of course, not forgetting Hispania which have made a better looking car than 2010, but with (and we appreciate the honesty) spaces left for sponsors…
