The storms held off through first practice with Webber clocking the fastest time ahead of Kimi and Vettel.  Come practice 2 and the storms hit, but not before Kimi continued on his winning streak and topping the timesheet ahead of Vettel, the rejuvenated Massa and Alonso.

Badger’s favourite rookie, Jules Bianchi did well again, consistently quicker than his team mate and putting Marussia ahead of Caterham again.

As ever, it’s tricky to read much into these times, but you could say that it’s looking good for another closely fought grand prix on Sunday, without any dodgy weather throwing a curveball at the running order and tyre strategies.  We’re pleased so far, F1 2013 is going well.

Here’s the timesheet for both Friday practice sessions, you can re-order the table according to each session to assess the performances and if you’re playing Fantasy GP, make some swift changes to your team.
