After a ‘tweet-to-reveal’ promotion over the weekend that went wrong as the Mercedes F1 servers melted with the number of people trying to get a glimpse of the new car, Mercedes showed their car to the world with a video from the Jerez track this morning, using the video and a tweet from Lewis Hamilton to launch both the car and their new sponsorship from Blackberry. That’s better marketing thinking!
