Lotus F1 Team know a thing or two about interactivity – whether they’re interacting with everyone on Twitter, offering tonnes of prizes for competitions, or putting out real versions of their race cars in the pit lane at testing rather than those Frankenstein’s Monster show cars, they always go that extra step.
Now, if you hurry, you can see Lotus’ 2015 F1 car, the E23, touring the historic Brands Hatch circuit, on a filming day on Monday April 27.
Pastor Maldonado, Romain Grosjean and Jolyon Palmer will all be behind the wheel of the black-and-gold beauty, but what makes this even better is that Brands Hatch Circuit are opening up a couple of their grandstands to the public… for FREE!
First things first we have a filming day on Monday 27 April at @Brands_Hatch & YOU'RE ALL INVITED! Come see us, access to the track is FREE!

Head down to the Paddock Hill or Pit Straight Grandstands, and you can sit and bask in the roar of engines all day for absolutely no entry fee. As well having two cars on the track at the same time, the itinerary for the day has pit stops planned, and some super-fast Lotus road cars setting hot laps too.
If you’re free on Monday, the team will be putting in a classic Dolly Parton shift from 9am ’til 5pm, so if you can get to Kent, and most importantly get out of work (Not that we condone that sort of thing…) then it’s a no-brainer.
Enjoy!

Formula One Testing, Jerez, Spain – a bit like Brands Hatch, maybe.
