Adrian Sutil, the man who left F1 a couple of years ago is back in a car this week, testing the Force India on Thursday.  He’s not just there to do the team a favour though, oh no – he’s there because 2013 could well see his return to the team.

Paul Di Resta is the only confirmed driver for the team and the latest press releases hint that he won’t have a confirmed team mate until the 3rd and final test at the earliest.  Rubbish rumours around Narain Karthikeyan have thankfully died down leaving two main contenders for the solid midfield seat – Adrian Sutil and Jules Bianchi.

Both of them would bring money to the team, Bianchi has Ferrari connections too and it’s been said more than once that ‘The Force’ are keen for prancing horse engines in 2014.  Sutil brings a wealth of experience, but as far as we’re concerned we’d like to see another new name in F1 for 2013, sorry Adrian, but you’ve had your chance – no go home and keep out of trouble.

Too harsh?
