He may have seemingly won every race for the last 4 years, but 2014 really isn’t going his way AT ALL. Until now at least, because our TOP DOG for the Spanish Grand Prix is none other than…
The reigning champ had it all against him – unreliability in the final round of qualifying leaving him 10th and then a 5 place grid drop on top of that because of a gearbox change yet he finished his Sunday afternoon chasing down his team mate and coming just one place shy of a podium.
He did finish a whopping 1m 16s down the road from Lewis Hamilton and was one of of only 3 other cars that the winner didn’t lap – a far cry from his Sunday afternoons in 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010 and 2009. Yeah it’s that bad.
Anyhow, we’re sure Sebastian will be chuffed to bits to be our Top Dog and he deserves to be – a stellar performance in an otherwise rather uneventful race.
