Finally, the stewards have made up their minds and handed some frankly bizarre time penalties out in the form of adding five seconds to nine different drivers. Ferrari/Alonso are still bitter with the Spaniard only moving up to 8th. The main loser was Buemi who dropped to 9th, whereas Rosberg gained a point by claiming 10th.
